We hold stock in the UK and aim to get your order to you quickly and reliably.

• Where we ship: we deliver across the UK. Delivery availability for each item is shown on its listing; for non-mainland or international delivery, please contact us before ordering.
• Dispatch time: orders are usually dispatched within one to two working days. This can take a little longer during busy periods such as sales or holidays.
• Delivery times & costs: the exact delivery options, timescales and any charges are shown at checkout on the marketplace you order through (Amazon, eBay or TikTok Shop).
• Couriers & tracking: orders are sent with trusted UK couriers, and you'll receive tracking details once your parcel is on its way.
• Missed or safe-place deliveries: couriers may leave parcels in a safe place or with a neighbour if you're out — let the courier know your preference, and check your tracking for delivery updates.
• Delays: occasionally delivery can take longer for reasons outside our control. If your order seems delayed, get in touch and we'll help track it down.
• Missing parcels: if something doesn't arrive, contact us with your order number and we'll investigate with the courier.

We want you to be happy with every order. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

• Most orders are placed through Amazon, eBay or TikTok Shop — returns for those are handled under that marketplace's returns process, which gives you a clear returns window and buyer protection.
• For items bought directly from us, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
• To qualify for a refund, items should be unused, in resellable condition and returned in their original packaging, along with proof of purchase such as your order number.
• To start a return, email us with your order number and the reason, and we'll confirm the next steps and the return address.
• Unless an item is faulty or incorrect, the cost of return postage is yours — we recommend a tracked service, as we can't take responsibility for parcels lost on their way back to us.
• Refunds are made to your original payment method once we've received and checked the item, normally within 5–10 working days.
• Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: please tell us promptly (ideally within 48 hours for transit damage) with a photo, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund including return postage.
